Benefits

Becoming a member of SydLUG allows you to attend monthly LUG meetings where we get together to talk about our hobby, upcoming event opportunities, possible collaborations, and just generally socialise. Sometimes we have building activities, presentations from members on techniques, trivia and other games. Some members use this opportunity to buy, swap and sell parts. As a member, you are also encouraged to participate in some of the events that SydLUG hosts and attends throughout each year. Given how many shows we do and how widely they are geographically located, most of our members are able to find at least a couple that suit their schedule and location. Membership types

Adult Junior Family? Friends of CLUG New Members New members will be classed as provisional and can attend all Well-LUG activities, but will not gain access to any of Well-LUG's additional services, opportunities and offerings until you attend at least two Well-LUG meeting/events and paid your annual fee in full. talk about processing time for the committee to do it's thing

Conduct

By submitting this registration, you agree to abide by the membership rules set forth by Well-LUG and that the expectations when representing Well-LUG will not act in a manner that would/could bring Well-LUG into disrepute.

Annual Fee

In order to cover operating costs such as insurance and meeting venue hire, SydLUG charges members an annual membership fee that will be advised at the time of application. Renewal is at the beginning of each calendar year. As of January 1st 2017, there is a $50 annual fee for an AFOL (age 18+) and a $30 annual fee for a TFOL (ages 13-18) for joining and gaining access to Well-LUG's events and full membership. We reserve the right to change this policy dependent on the future of the LUG and its associated running costs. This would be well communicated and not compulsory should you wish to discontinue. We will contact you on how to pay your membership fee once you have signed up.

Privacy

Any & all personal information collected from the CLUG contact or membership forms either from this website or completed on paper form remains confidential and will not be distributed to any third party without permission. Well-LUG will never share your personal information with anyone without seeking prior consent.
